Remarks and complaints

In accordance with the current Consumer Protection Law, (Official Gazette of the RS No.62/2014 6/2016 and 44/2018) we hereby inform you about the following: If there is visible damage to the package in the form of torn parts or fracture when taking over the goods, the Buyer is obliged to request the opening of the package in the presence of an official. If it is established on that occasion that the items are damaged, it is required to make a report on the complaint.

The Seller is obliged to respond to the Buyer to the submitted complaint electronically no later than 8 days from the day of receipt of the complaint, i.e. to submit a decision on whether they accept the complaint, make a statement about the Buyer's request, and give a specific proposal and deadline for resolving the complaint. The deadline for handling the complaint may not be longer than 15 days from the day of submitting the complaint.

If the received product is defective or incorrect, the costs of returning the goods are borne by the Seller.

All issues that are not explicitly regulated by these General Terms of Use and Purchase shall be regulated by the applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia. The court in Belgrade is competent for all disputes between the Seller and the Buyer that cannot be resolved amicably and in the spirit of good business cooperation.
