2. Buying and ordering products
All goods ordered through the Seller's web store are binding for the Buyer and the Seller at the same time, and cannot be canceled or changed without the prior agreement of both parties.
The Buyer undertakes to follow the following steps when ordering goods through the Seller's web store:
• Item selection,
• Selection of the appropriate variation (size, color, etc.) of the item
• Quantity selection,
• Login or registration of personal data,
• Rewiew of all information, control and acceptance of orders,
• Closing an order,
• Payment via the selected payment method, and
• Taking over the goods
3. Product price
The price of all items is stated in EUR, including VAT. Calculation and payment can be made in dinars (RSD) at the middle exchange rate of the NBS valid on the date of turnover.
4. Notification and order confirmation
Upon receipt of the order, the Seller is obliged to send an email to the Buyer confirming the order, with the name, price and quantity of the ordered items, the total amount to be paid, the chosen method of payment and delivery, as well as information on the addresses entered by the Buyer for the delivery of the order. The Buyer is obliged to confirm the email, in order to accurately and clearly define the order and confirm the accuracy of the data.
5. Sending an order
The Seller undertakes to send the goods to the Buyer within 8 working days, counting from the day of the order in case of payment by cash on delivery, i.e. from the day of receipt of payment in case of payment to the Seller's account, by the delivery method chosen by the Buyer. In case of inability to send the goods, the Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer thereof within 5 working days, counting from the day of the order.
The Buyer is obliged to provide the Seller with the correct information for the invoice and delivery of the goods (name and surname, full delivery address, size, model, and quantity of the item). If the Buyer provides incorrect information or email address in the purchase process, the Seller cannot be held responsible for problems in delivering or accepting the ordered goods.
When taking over the goods, the Buyer is obliged to check the quality and condition of the delivered goods.
In accordance with the current Consumer Protection Law, (Official Gazette of the RS No.62/2014, 6/2016 and 44/2018) we hereby inform you about the following:
If there is visible damage to the package in the form of torn parts or fracture when taking over the goods, the Buyer is obliged to request the opening of the package in the presence of an official. If it is established on that occasion that the items are damaged, it is required to make a report on the complaint.
The Seller is obliged to respond to the Buyer to the submitted complaint electronically no later than 8 days from the day of receipt of the complaint, i.e. to submit a decision on whether they accept the complaint, make a statement about the Buyer's request, and give a specific proposal and deadline for resolving the complaint. The deadline for handling the complaint may not be longer than 15 days from the day of submitting the complaint.
If the received product is defective or incorrect, the costs of returning the goods are borne by the Seller.
7. Return of goods
In accordance with the current Consumer Protection Law, (Official Gazette of the RS No.62/2014 6/2016 and 44/2018) we hereby inform you about the following:
The Buyer has the right to cancel the purchase and return the goods within 14 days of purchase, unless the ordered and due goods are made according to special consumer requirements, custom-made, or personalized.
The Buyer exercises this right by sending a statement of withdrawal from the purchase to the Seller no later than 14 days from the date the goods are received by the Buyer. The Seller is obliged to notify the Buyer of the receipt of this statement without delay. Before returning the goods, please inform us about the cancellation of the purchase by sending us an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
The Buyer must return the product unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
The costs of transport, or return of goods, are borne by the Buyer.
Lucky Me Jewellery reserves the right not to accept back the reclaimed product if the inspection reveals that the product has been used and/or damaged. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the Seller is obliged to return to the Buyer the amount paid without delay, and no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the returned products.
